MealLens

MealLens is a mobile AI app that turns quick meal photos into a realistic, low-friction food log and weekly nutrition summary. Instead of pretending it can perfectly calculate macros, it focuses on what’s actually useful: consistent patterns. Users snap a photo (or upload), confirm a few prompts (portion rough size, cooking method), and the app estimates calories and key nutrients with confidence ranges. It then highlights the 2–3 biggest levers each week (e.g., low protein at breakfast, high sugary drinks, low fiber) and suggests simple swaps based on preferences and budget. It also supports “good enough” logging: if you miss a meal, it asks a single catch-up question rather than shaming you. The goal is sustainable awareness for weight management, energy, and metabolic health—without the spreadsheet lifestyle.
