MealMargin
MealMargin is a mobile + web AI-assisted nutrition planner for people who hate calorie counting but still want measurable results. Instead of logging every bite, users set 2–3 goals (protein minimum, fiber minimum, sodium cap, calorie range) and choose a “tracking strictness” level. The app generates a weekly meal template with flexible swaps, then uses quick check-ins (photo, portion sliders, or “ate this/half/extra”) to estimate whether you’re inside your margin for the day. It focuses on the few metrics that move health outcomes and flags the highest-impact fixes (e.g., add 25g protein at lunch, swap one snack for fiber). It also includes a “restaurant mode” with safe default orders and a grocery list that prioritizes repeatable staples. The product is realistic: it won’t be clinically precise, but it will be consistent and usable.
