MealMosaic is a mobile + web app that builds a weekly eating plan from your calendar, budget, and cooking tolerance. Instead of pushing perfect macros, it asks blunt questions: how many nights will you actually cook, what appliances you have, your max prep time, and what foods you’ll realistically repeat. It generates a rotating set of simple meals, a consolidated grocery list, and “fallback” options for chaotic days (grab-and-go, freezer, or delivery picks). Users can set guardrails like sodium limits, high-protein targets, or allergy rules, but the app prioritizes adherence over optimization. It also tracks friction: which meals got skipped, what ingredients were wasted, and which days you blew up the plan—then adjusts next week accordingly. The goal is fewer decisions, less waste, and more consistent nutrition without pretending you’re a meal-prep influencer.
