MeaningMap is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that turns vague “I feel lost” thoughts into a practical weekly plan tied to your values. Users complete a short values audit, then do 10-minute guided reflections that extract recurring themes (what energizes you, what drains you, what you avoid). The app generates a “Meaning Map” showing top values, neglected needs, and mismatches between time spent and what matters. Each week it proposes 3 small experiments (e.g., one relationship action, one contribution action, one growth action) and tracks follow-through with gentle accountability. It avoids pretending to be therapy: it’s a structured self-coaching tool with clear boundaries and crisis resources. The goal is measurable existential well-being: more coherence between beliefs, actions, and time. If you don’t act, it tells you bluntly what’s not working and simplifies the plan.
