MeaningMeter
MeaningMeter is a mobile + web app that helps users measure life satisfaction without pretending it can be “fixed” by quotes or streaks. Each day you log a 30-second check-in: satisfaction score, energy, and one concrete event. The app then runs a weekly “reality review” that links satisfaction changes to categories like sleep, relationships, work autonomy, health, and finances. It flags patterns (e.g., “social time correlates with +1.2 satisfaction; late-night scrolling correlates with -0.8”) and prompts one small experiment for the next week. It also includes a quarterly life audit: values ranking, time allocation, and a blunt gap report showing where your calendar contradicts your stated priorities. This is not therapy and won’t replace it; it’s a lightweight measurement tool that makes vague feelings actionable and helps users stop guessing what’s working.
