MeaningSprint

MeaningSprint is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps people translate vague “find my purpose” feelings into concrete, testable weekly experiments. Users start with a 10-minute values and energy audit (what drains/energizes them, what they envy, what they avoid). The app then generates 3 small “meaning sprints” per week—tiny commitments like a 20-minute volunteer call, a micro-project, a difficult conversation, or a skill trial—paired with a reflection prompt and a simple mood/energy check-in. Over time it builds a personal “meaning map” showing which activities reliably increase fulfillment, not just happiness. It avoids therapy claims and focuses on behavior and evidence. The app includes a lightweight accountability loop (optional buddy or small cohort) and a weekly review that recommends what to repeat, stop, or scale. It’s designed for people who are stuck, not for people who love journaling.
