MedBinder is a mobile + web app that keeps a single, verified medication list for an older adult or chronically ill family member—shared across siblings, spouses, and paid helpers. Caregiving falls apart when nobody knows the current meds, doses, refills, or who changed what. MedBinder focuses narrowly on medication accuracy: scan pill bottles, import pharmacy labels, track dose schedules, and log “taken/held/missed” with timestamps. An AI assistant flags duplicate therapies, dangerous combinations, and “this looks like the old dose” inconsistencies, then prompts a quick confirmation before the list updates. It also generates a clean “doctor visit” PDF and a hospital-ready med reconciliation sheet. This is not a full caregiving platform; it’s a lightweight, high-trust source of truth that reduces errors, arguments, and last-minute scrambling.
