MedBridgeRx is a web + mobile app for outpatient psychiatry clinics to reduce medication-related drop-off after the appointment. It tracks whether a prescription was actually filled, flags likely nonadherence, and prompts the clinic with a simple next-best action: resend to a different pharmacy, switch to a covered alternative, schedule a brief med check, or send a patient-friendly check-in message. Patients get a lightweight companion view: reminders, side-effect check-ins, and a “what to do if” guide written in plain language. The product is not a diagnosis tool; it’s an operational workflow tool that helps clinics prevent silent treatment failure. The hard truth: clinics already have EHRs and portals, so this only wins if it integrates cleanly, saves staff time, and measurably reduces no-shows and relapse-driven urgent visits.
