MedDicta is an AI speech-recognition app that turns clinician–patient conversations into structured clinical documentation. It records (with clear consent prompts), transcribes in near real time, and generates a draft SOAP note with problems, meds, and follow-ups. The MVP focuses on outpatient visits where documentation burden is highest and templates are repeatable. It includes speaker separation, medical vocabulary boosting, and a “verify mode” that highlights uncertain phrases and forces quick confirmation before export. It integrates with common workflows by exporting to PDF/HL7 FHIR-compatible JSON and copy-ready text for EHR paste-in. Realistically, it won’t replace the EHR and it won’t be perfect in noisy rooms, but it can cut note time meaningfully if it’s fast, reliable, and easy to correct. Pricing targets small practices that can’t justify enterprise ambient scribe contracts.
