MediHandoff

MediHandoff is a mobile + web app (traditional + light AI) built for households and facilities where multiple people share medication responsibility. Instead of yet another reminder app, it focuses on handoffs: who gave what, when, why it was delayed, and what to watch for next. Each dose event is logged with one-tap confirmation, optional photo evidence, and a short note. The app generates a clear shift summary and flags risky patterns like repeated late doses, duplicate administrations, or “PRN” meds given too close together. Light AI helps convert messy notes into structured entries and suggests follow-up questions (e.g., “Was food taken with this?”), but it does not diagnose. It supports role-based access (family, nurse, aide), audit trails, and exportable reports for clinicians. The goal is fewer errors, less arguing, and faster onboarding of new caregivers.
