MediListo is a mobile + web app that helps people maintain a single, accurate medication list and catch dangerous mismatches before appointments, refills, or hospital visits. Users scan prescription labels, import pharmacy PDFs, and manually add OTCs/supplements. The app normalizes drug names/doses, flags duplicates (same drug different brand), and highlights high-risk combinations (e.g., NSAIDs + blood thinners) with plain-language prompts to ask a clinician—without pretending to diagnose. It generates a clean “Bring to Doctor” PDF and a share link for caregivers. The product is brutally practical: medication reconciliation is a real, messy problem, and most people’s lists are wrong. The goal is fewer errors, faster visits, and safer transitions of care. Monetization is subscription for families/caregivers and a B2B tier for small clinics that want patients to submit lists pre-visit.
