MediNote

MediNote is a mobile + web app for teachers to capture conflict incidents in under two minutes and turn them into consistent, defensible records and follow-ups. Instead of long narrative write-ups, it guides staff through a structured flow: what happened, who was involved, triggers, de-escalation steps tried, outcomes, and next actions. It then generates a clean summary for admin, a parent-safe version, and a student reflection prompt—without exposing sensitive details. An AI assistant helps rewrite notes to be neutral, bias-aware, and policy-aligned, but the teacher stays in control and can lock wording before sending. The app also schedules check-ins, tracks repeated patterns by location/time, and creates a simple “what worked” playbook for the classroom. This is not a magic behavior-fixer; it’s a workflow tool that reduces admin burden and improves consistency.
