MediRent

MediRent is a mobile + web app that helps tenants and landlords de-escalate common conflicts (repairs, deposits, noise, access, cleanliness) by guiding both sides through a structured, documented resolution flow. Each issue becomes a “case” with a timeline, required info prompts, photo/video uploads, message threads, and auto-generated summaries that stay neutral and factual. The app nudges users toward clear next steps: proposed remedy, deadline, confirmation, and closure. If the case stalls, MediRent can generate a ready-to-send demand letter and a small-claims/mediation packet with organized evidence and a clean chronology. It’s not a magic fix—people can still be unreasonable—but it reduces chaos, missing documentation, and he-said/she-said. Monetization is per-case fees or a low monthly plan for small landlords, with optional paid mediation partner referrals where legal.
