MediSignal is a mobile + web AI-assisted side-effect tracker that helps patients and caregivers detect patterns that are easy to miss in day-to-day life. Users log meds, dose changes, symptoms, vitals (optional), and context like sleep, alcohol, and new supplements. The app turns messy notes into a timeline and highlights “when this started” and “what changed right before,” then generates a plain-language summary you can bring to a clinician. It also flags high-risk combinations and red-flag symptoms using trusted drug label sources and interaction databases, but it does not pretend to diagnose. The realistic value is organization and earlier escalation: fewer forgotten details, fewer vague appointments, and fewer people stopping meds abruptly without guidance. It’s built for recurring use during medication starts, titrations, and polypharmacy periods.
