MediSlot

MediSlot is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that streamlines ADR intake and scheduling for courts, community mediation centers, and private mediators. Parties (or clerks) submit a guided intake, select dispute type, urgency, language needs, and availability. The system matches the case to a mediator based on qualifications, conflicts, location/remote preference, and time slots, then automates confirmations, reminders, and document collection. It includes simple e-sign consent, fee handling (if applicable), and post-session outcome reporting for program metrics. This is a traditional app with a small AI component: AI-assisted intake summarization and red-flag detection (e.g., domestic violence indicators) to route cases appropriately, not to “decide” outcomes. The goal is fewer no-shows, faster time-to-session, and less admin work for overburdened ADR programs.
