MediSnapList

MediSnapList is a mobile + web app that turns messy real-world medication information into a clean, shareable medication list. Users snap photos of pill bottles, blister packs, or discharge paperwork; the app extracts drug name, strength, directions, and prescriber, then formats it into a standardized list for caregivers, clinics, and emergencies. It flags obvious issues like duplicates (same drug different brand), outdated meds, and missing directions, and generates a “doctor-ready” PDF or secure link. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI handles OCR and normalization, while the product focuses on verification workflows to avoid dangerous errors. The goal is not to replace pharmacists—it's to reduce the constant, error-prone back-and-forth when patients can’t accurately recall what they take.
