MediSyncer is a mobile + web prescription tracking app that consolidates your active prescriptions, refill eligibility, pickup/delivery status, and dose schedule into a single timeline. Users can scan a prescription label or import medication lists from supported health records to auto-create reminders and a refill calendar. The app flags common failure points—no refills remaining, prior authorization needed, out-of-stock, or refill-too-soon—so users aren’t surprised at the counter. It also generates a simple “pharmacy-ready” summary you can show or send to a caregiver, including Rx number, prescriber, last fill date, and insurance notes. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI is used only to extract label text and categorize issues (not to give medical advice). The goal is fewer missed doses and fewer wasted pharmacy trips.
