MedReflex

MedReflex is a web + mobile AI app that turns messy GP consultations into structured documentation without forcing clinicians into rigid templates. It records (with consent), transcribes, and produces a concise SOAP note, problem list updates, suggested ICD-10/SNOMED codes, and a follow-up task list (labs, referrals, safety-netting text). It also generates patient-friendly visit summaries in plain language and multiple languages. The focus is not “more AI,” but fewer clicks and fewer missed actions—especially in short appointments. It integrates with major EHRs via FHIR where possible, and otherwise works as a sidecar that exports notes and tasks. Realistically, adoption depends on trust, accuracy, and workflow fit; the MVP should be narrow (notes + tasks) and prove time saved per visit.
