MedsCross is a clinician-focused drug interaction checker that prioritizes speed, evidence, and workflow fit over flashy features. It lets users scan or type meds, doses, and key patient factors (age, renal function, pregnancy, QT risk) and returns a ranked list of interaction risks with severity, mechanism, and concrete actions (avoid, adjust dose, monitor labs, timing separation). It links every claim to primary sources and trusted drug databases, and it generates a short, copy-ready note for the chart. This is a web app plus mobile app, built as a combination traditional + AI: traditional rules/data for the interaction engine, with AI used only to summarize evidence and draft documentation. It’s realistic about liability: it clearly states it’s decision support, logs sources, and supports institutional configuration rather than pretending to replace pharmacists.
