MedSyncHome is a mobile + web app that helps families and home care aides prevent medication mistakes—missed doses, double-dosing, and confusing PRN instructions—without relying on messy paper logs. It creates a single, shared medication schedule with dose windows, photo-verified administration (pill + label), and simple exception reasons (refused, held, vomiting, out of stock). It flags risky patterns like repeated late doses, frequent PRN use, or potential interactions when a new med is added. A lightweight “handoff” view makes shift changes clear in under a minute. The app exports a clean report for clinicians or care managers and can print a fridge-friendly summary for low-tech households. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used for label parsing, anomaly detection, and plain-language summaries, but core workflows are straightforward and auditable.
