If a dose is missed or a risky combination is detected, it escalates to the right person (family, agency supervisor, or nurse) with a clear audit trail. It also supports refill tracking, pharmacy pickup reminders, and a one-tap “current meds” summary for telehealth or ER visits. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used to parse messy discharge paperwork and pill bottle photos into a structured med list, but the core value is reliable workflow and accountability.
