MedWish
MedWish helps families and patients translate end-of-life preferences into clinician-ready documents and a clear, shareable care plan. It guides users through plain-language questions (CPR, ventilation, hospitalization, feeding tubes, pain control, hospice, spiritual needs), then generates state-appropriate advance directive/POLST-style summaries and a one-page “In an emergency” sheet. It also creates a contact tree so the right people are notified fast, and stores critical info (insurance, meds, allergies, preferred hospital) in a secure vault that can be shared by time-limited links or QR code. This is not therapy and it won’t replace lawyers or doctors; it’s a practical workflow tool that reduces confusion when emotions are high. The product lives or dies on trust, accuracy, and ease-of-use—so it focuses on fewer, high-impact flows rather than a bloated “legacy” platform.
