Meet2Tasks
Meet2Tasks connects to Zoom/Google Meet/Teams, captures the transcript, and converts it into a clean, owner-assigned task list with due dates and context. It pushes tasks into Jira, Asana, Linear, or Trello and posts a concise summary to Slack/Teams. The core value is reducing the “meeting tax”: the lost time where nobody writes notes, decisions get forgotten, and action items never land in the system of record. Users can set lightweight rules (e.g., “If someone says ‘I’ll’ or ‘we should’, propose an action item” or “Default owner is the speaker unless reassigned”). It also tracks follow-through by checking whether created tasks were completed and can send a weekly “commitments vs. completions” report. Realistically, accuracy won’t be perfect, so the product must be designed around fast human review and one-click corrections.
