MeetEqual is a web + desktop app (Zoom/Teams add-in) that measures and improves inclusion during meetings. It captures speaking time, interruptions, turn-taking, and agenda adherence, then produces a simple “meeting equity” score with concrete fixes (e.g., rotate facilitation, structured rounds, anonymous input moments). It’s an AI + traditional app: AI handles speaker diarization, live transcription, and detection of interruption patterns; the product layer turns that into coaching prompts and post-meeting summaries. Teams can set lightweight norms (e.g., max monologue length, ensure each role speaks) and track progress over time without turning it into HR surveillance. The goal is pragmatic: reduce meeting domination and silent disengagement, especially in hybrid and global teams where power dynamics and language fluency skew participation. It won’t solve culture alone, but it can make meetings measurably less biased.
