It also flags options that look fair by distance but unfair by traffic, tolls, or transit transfers. The MVP focuses on clarity and speed: one screen to input, one screen to decide, and one tap to share the plan. This is not a magical “discover new places” app; it’s a practical coordination tool for busy people who are tired of back-and-forth texting and accidental unfairness.
