MeetingMoods
MeetingMoods is a web app with optional Slack/Teams integration that turns everyday meetings into a lightweight, continuous read on company culture. After a meeting ends, attendees get a 10-second pulse: psychological safety, clarity, inclusion, and decision quality. The app aggregates results by team, meeting type, and recurring series, then flags patterns like “decisions feel made before the meeting” or “same voices dominate.” It also tracks basic meeting hygiene (agenda present, outcomes captured) to separate culture issues from process issues. Leaders get trend dashboards and anonymized verbatim snippets with strict privacy thresholds so individuals can’t be singled out. It’s not therapy and it won’t ‘fix’ toxic leadership—but it will make cultural drift visible early, when it’s still cheaper to address. Best fit: knowledge-work orgs drowning in meetings and guessing why morale is slipping.
