MeetingNudge is a mobile + web AI app that turns your actual calendar meetings into a lightweight leadership development plan. Connect Google/Microsoft Calendar, pick 1–2 leadership behaviors to practice (e.g., clarity, coaching, conflict), and the app generates a 60-second pre-meeting “nudge” plus a 2-minute post-meeting reflection. It prompts you to capture outcomes, what you avoided, and one next action, then builds a weekly pattern report (where you lead well vs. where you default). It’s not another generic course; it’s behavior change tied to real moments. Managers can optionally share a private “growth snapshot” with a mentor/coach, but the default is personal and confidential. The product lives or dies on being fast, not preachy, and actually usable during a busy week.
