MeetMargin is a calendar companion that quantifies the true cost of meetings and helps teams claw back focus time. It connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, calculates “meeting load” by person and team (hours, fragmentation, context-switch cost), and flags patterns like recurring meetings with low attendance, meetings scheduled inside deep-work blocks, and meetings that exceed their agenda time. It then suggests concrete fixes: shorten to 25/50 minutes, convert to async update, merge duplicates, or rotate attendance. For individuals, it creates protected focus windows and a weekly “time margin” target (hours reserved for real work). For managers, it provides lightweight dashboards and nudges, not surveillance: trends, meeting hygiene score, and recommended policy tweaks. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes meeting outcomes and proposes agenda templates, but the core value is measurement and enforcement of time boundaries.
