MeetMarshal is a mobile + web app for organizers to plan, permit, and manage car meets with real-world constraints in mind. It provides a lightweight “event ops” layer: capacity limits, check-in, parking zone maps, volunteer assignments, and incident logging. The core value is reducing the chaos that gets meets shut down—complaints, unsafe behavior, and overcrowding—without turning the event into a corporate production. Organizers can publish clear rules, push location/time updates, and coordinate marshals in-app. Attendees get a simple RSVP, live lot status (full/limited), and a code-of-conduct acknowledgment at check-in. The app also generates a post-event report (attendance estimate, incidents, cleanup checklist) that helps build credibility with venue owners and local authorities. Monetization is straightforward: organizer subscriptions, per-event fees, and optional sponsor placements.
