MeetMemo
MeetMemo is a meeting follow-up tool that captures decisions, action items, and owners without forcing teams to change where they chat. It records audio (with consent), generates a concise summary, and produces a structured “Decisions / Actions / Risks / Questions” note that can be pushed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email. The core value is accountability: every action item has an owner, due date, and a single source of truth link. It also tracks what was promised over time, so teams can quickly answer “Did we agree to this?” without digging through threads. This is not a full video-conferencing replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that sits on top of Zoom/Meet/Teams meetings and makes outcomes searchable. Realistically, accuracy and adoption are the hard parts, so the MVP focuses on small teams and recurring meetings where the ROI is obvious.
