It records or ingests meeting audio, then produces a tight summary, decisions, risks, and a clearly assigned action list with due dates. The core value is not transcription—it’s accountability: it pushes tasks into the tools teams already use (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana) and pings owners until items are closed or explicitly deferred. It also creates a lightweight “decision log” so teams can stop re-litigating past choices. Brutal truth: this space is crowded, so the app must be narrow and operational, not another generic note-taker. Pricing should be per-seat with a low entry tier and strong admin controls for retention and compliance.
