MeetMemo

MeetMemo is a web app (with optional desktop companion) that turns messy remote meetings into clean, accountable outcomes. It joins Zoom/Google Meet/Teams, records (with consent), transcribes, and then extracts decisions, action items, owners, and due dates into a lightweight “decision log” per project. It pushes tasks to Jira/Linear/Asana and posts a concise summary to Slack/Teams within minutes. The focus is not generic summaries—it’s verifiable commitments: what was decided, who owns it, and by when, with clickable evidence snippets linked to the exact transcript moment. A simple review screen lets a human confirm/adjust before anything is published, reducing embarrassing AI mistakes. Admin controls handle retention, redaction, and permissions for regulated teams. Pricing is per active meeting host, aiming to be cheaper than full-suite meeting intelligence tools while delivering the one thing teams actually fight about: follow-through.
