MeetMeter is a web + desktop app (Slack/Teams + Google/Microsoft calendar integrations) that quantifies the real cost of meetings for remote and hybrid teams. It automatically tags meetings by type (status, decision, brainstorm), estimates loaded cost by attendee role, and flags low-signal patterns like recurring meetings with no agenda, oversized attendee lists, and meetings scheduled across time zones. Teams get a weekly “meeting ROI” report, plus lightweight nudges: suggested attendee trims, async alternatives, and recommended focus blocks. Managers can set guardrails (e.g., no-meeting mornings, max recurring hours per person) and track outcomes without spying on content. The goal isn’t to shame people—it’s to make meeting load visible and give teams a practical way to reduce it. Expect pushback: some orgs are addicted to meetings, but the data makes it harder to ignore.
