MeetMinder

MeetMinder is a web app (with optional desktop companion) that captures meeting audio, generates a concise summary, and—more importantly—creates accountable action items that don’t disappear into chat logs. It assigns owners, due dates, and follow-ups, then pushes tasks into the tools teams already use (Jira, Asana, Linear, Trello) while keeping a single “source of truth” for what was agreed. The app focuses on the messy middle: clarifying decisions, resolving ambiguous owners, and prompting for missing details (“Who owns this?” “When is it due?”). It also tracks action-item completion rates by team and meeting type, highlighting which recurring meetings are wasteful. This is an AI+traditional app: AI for extraction and clarification, traditional workflows for accountability, permissions, and integrations.
