MeetMinder

MeetMinder is a calendar-first time tracking app that automatically converts meetings into clean, categorized time logs. Instead of asking users to start/stop timers, it reads your calendar, detects actual attendance (join/leave times), and creates draft entries you approve in one tap. It also flags “meeting creep” by showing how much of your week is consumed by recurring meetings, and highlights focus blocks that get fragmented. The MVP is intentionally narrow: meetings and scheduled blocks only—no attempt to track every second of computer activity. That makes it realistic, privacy-friendly, and easier to adopt in teams that hate surveillance. Export to payroll/invoicing formats (CSV) and basic reporting (weekly totals by project/client) are included. The goal is to make time tracking feel like reviewing, not recording.
