MeetProof is a mobile + web app that turns lobbying and advocacy meetings into defensible, audit-ready compliance records with minimal effort. Users start a “meeting capture” on their phone, add attendees (from a directory or scan business cards), select jurisdiction, topic, and client/campaign, then dictate quick notes. The app auto-generates a structured contact report, tags relevant bills/issues, and builds the fields needed for common disclosure regimes (where feasible), exporting to CSV/PDF for filing or internal review. It also maintains a searchable timeline of contacts, reminders for follow-ups, and a “missing details” checklist so teams don’t scramble at quarter-end. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for speech-to-structured summaries and consistency checks, but users always approve final records. It’s not glamorous—just reduces the painful admin that causes real compliance risk.
