MeetScribe is an AI web app (with optional desktop companion) that converts messy meetings into actionable outputs: decisions made, owners, deadlines, and risks. It records audio (or ingests Zoom/Teams recordings), diarizes speakers, and produces a structured “Decision Log” plus a task list that can sync to Jira/Asana/Linear. The focus is not perfect transcription—it’s accountability. Users can highlight moments, confirm or edit action items, and export a one-page summary for stakeholders. A lightweight “follow-up mode” checks whether assigned tasks were completed and drafts status updates for the next meeting. Privacy is handled with per-workspace retention controls and redaction of sensitive terms. The product is realistic: it will occasionally mis-assign owners or miss nuance, so the UI is built around quick human confirmation rather than pretending it’s fully autonomous.
