MemeLedger is a mobile + web app that timestamps and fingerprints your meme/videos the moment you export or post them. It creates a lightweight “proof-of-origin” record (hash + metadata + optional watermark) so creators can credibly show they published first when their content gets reposted without credit. The app then monitors major platforms for near-duplicates and generates a shareable claim page with evidence (first-seen time, matching frames, similarity score, and links). It won’t magically force platforms to pay you—most won’t—but it makes attribution requests faster, more defensible, and less exhausting. Monetization is a freemium model: free proof records and limited monitoring, paid tiers for continuous tracking, bulk uploads, and team accounts for meme pages. It’s built for the reality that meme theft is common and enforcement is messy, but documentation still matters.
