MemoryPost

MemoryPost is a mobile AI + traditional journaling app for structured inner-child work without pretending to replace therapy. Users write short “letters” to specific ages (e.g., 6, 10, 14) and tag themes like shame, anger, abandonment, or perfectionism. The app guides a simple loop: recall a memory, name the unmet need, choose a realistic re-parenting action today (a boundary, a rest block, a tough conversation script), and schedule a check-in. AI helps summarize patterns across entries, suggests prompts, and drafts compassionate-but-grounded responses in the user’s own tone. It also includes a “trigger log” that connects present-day reactions to earlier themes, plus optional therapist export (PDF) for sessions. The app is honest about limits: it flags crisis language and routes users to resources instead of trying to handle emergencies in-app.
