MentorBrief
MentorBrief is a web + mobile AI-assisted mentorship workspace that converts meetings and async chats into actionable, trackable outcomes. It records (or imports) session notes, then produces a concise “Mentorship Brief”: goals discussed, decisions made, risks, and 3–5 next actions with owners and dates. It also maintains a lightweight “growth timeline” so mentees can show progress over months without writing long reflections. The product is intentionally not a marketplace; it’s a tool for existing mentor-mentee pairs inside companies, universities, accelerators, and professional communities. Integrations pull context from calendars and Slack/Teams, and push tasks to Jira/Asana/Trello. The honest pitch: most mentorship fails due to inconsistency and forgotten follow-ups, not lack of advice. This app attacks that operational gap with minimal ceremony and strong accountability.
