MentorLedger
MentorLedger is a web + mobile app for seminaries to manage spiritual formation and field education with real accountability. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, paper evaluations, and vague “check-ins” with structured mentor meetings, competency rubrics, and documented growth plans. Students log ministry hours, reflections, and supervisor feedback in one place; faculty and formation directors see progress across cohorts without chasing emails. The app supports denominational customization (competencies, vows, outcomes) while keeping a consistent workflow: set goals, meet, record notes, assign next steps, and verify completion. It’s not trying to be a learning management system; it focuses on the messy middle—mentoring, placements, and formation evidence that accreditors and boards ask for. Optional AI helps summarize meeting notes and flag stalled progress, but humans remain responsible for decisions.
