MentorLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for companies and nonprofits running mentorship programs who are tired of fuzzy outcomes and low engagement. It turns mentorship into a measurable workflow: structured session agendas, lightweight check-ins, goal tracking, and outcome snapshots tied to competencies. The AI layer summarizes meeting notes, flags stalled pairs, and suggests next-session prompts based on goals and prior discussions—without pretending to “replace” mentors. Program admins get cohort dashboards showing participation, retention risk, and skill progress, plus exportable reports for leadership or grant funders. It also includes a simple matching tool that prioritizes availability, goals, and constraints rather than superficial profile keywords. The product is intentionally narrow: it focuses on running and proving a program’s value, not being another social network for mentors.
