MentorLedger
MentorLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for incubators and accelerators to measure whether mentorship actually moves startups forward. Instead of logging “sessions,” it captures commitments, deliverables, and outcomes: hiring progress, customer interviews completed, pipeline movement, experiment results, and runway changes. Founders get a simple action tracker and weekly check-in that ties tasks to milestones. Program managers get cohort dashboards that highlight stalled teams, mentor effectiveness, and which topics correlate with traction. Mentors get a private view of their portfolio, follow-ups, and impact summaries they can share with their firms or employers. The product is realistic: it doesn’t pretend to predict unicorns; it just makes accountability visible and reduces the chaos of spreadsheets, Notion pages, and scattered email threads.
