It ingests founder needs (stage, domain, GTM, fundraising, hiring), mentor expertise, availability, and conflict rules, then proposes high-quality matches and schedules sessions automatically. The AI layer drafts intro emails, agendas, and post-call action items, while the system tracks attendance, outcomes, and founder satisfaction so program teams can see which mentors create real progress. It also prevents common failure modes: mentors overbooked, founders meeting the same “celebrity” mentors, and mismatched advice. Expect a gritty reality: accelerators won’t pay for “nice dashboards,” but they will pay to reduce coordinator time and improve mentor utilization. Pricing can be per cohort or per active founder/mentor seat, with clear ROI via hours saved and higher engagement rates.
