MentorMeter is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps companies and communities run mentorship programs that don’t devolve into vague chats. It turns mentorship into short, outcome-based “sprints” (2–4 weeks) with a clear goal, baseline, and evidence of progress (portfolio links, interview practice recordings, promotion packets, learning artifacts). Mentors and mentees get structured agendas, prompts, and a simple scorecard that tracks commitments, follow-through, and outcomes without feeling like surveillance. Program admins get dashboards showing engagement, goal completion, and where pairs are stuck, plus automated nudges when meetings slip. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes sessions, extracts action items, and flags risk (ghosting, mismatch, stalled goals). The product is realistic because it focuses on operational accountability, not “AI career magic.”
