MentorMeter

MentorMeter is a web + mobile app that turns mentorship from vague chats into accountable, trackable progress. It structures each mentor-mentee relationship around a lightweight “growth contract”: goals, success metrics, meeting cadence, and agreed deliverables. After each session, both parties log quick notes, action items, and a confidence score; the app then generates a simple progress dashboard and nudges for follow-through. For companies, it offers anonymized program analytics (engagement, goal completion, retention signals) without reading private notes. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes session notes into action items, detects stalled relationships, and suggests next-session agendas based on the goal plan. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to be a social network or a marketplace; it’s a measurement and accountability layer that can sit on top of existing mentorship programs.
