MentorOps

MentorOps is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-on) that helps companies run mentorship programs that don’t quietly die. It matches mentors/mentees using structured goals and constraints (role, level, skills, time zones), then forces clarity: every pairing starts with a 15-minute “contract” template (goals, cadence, boundaries). After each session, both parties log a 60-second check-in (topics, actions, confidence score). An AI layer summarizes progress, flags stalled pairings, and generates next-session agendas and nudges. Program managers get dashboards that show engagement, retention risk signals, and outcomes tied to competencies—without pretending to measure impossible ROI. The product is built for HR/L&D teams who are tired of spreadsheets, low participation, and zero visibility. It’s not a marketplace; it’s program infrastructure that makes mentorship operationally manageable and auditable.
