It automates matching using structured intake (goals, skills, availability, constraints), then keeps pairs on track with lightweight check-ins, agenda templates, and nudges that reduce drop-off. An AI layer summarizes meeting notes, flags stalled relationships, and suggests next-step prompts based on the mentee’s goals—without pretending it can replace a real mentor. Admins get dashboards for engagement, retention, and goal progress, plus cohort tools (kickoff, office hours, resources). The product is intentionally opinionated: fewer features than HR suites, but better execution on the mentorship workflow. Pricing targets program budgets (per active pair) rather than enterprise contracts, making it viable for mid-market teams and professional associations.
