MentorOps is a web + mobile app that helps companies and communities run mentorship programs with measurable outcomes. It fixes the most common failure mode: mentorship that starts with good intentions and dies from scheduling, vague goals, and no accountability. Mentors and mentees get a lightweight “engagement contract” (goals, cadence, boundaries), a shared agenda, and a simple progress log tied to competencies (e.g., promotion readiness, interview skills, leadership behaviors). Program admins get matching rules, participation health scores, and drop-off alerts so they can intervene early. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts agendas, suggests next steps, and summarizes sessions into action items, but the product is designed to work even if users ignore AI. The focus is operational reliability, not inspirational content.
