It turns vague goals into trackable outcomes: skill targets, weekly commitments, artifacts (docs, code, decks), and short check-ins that generate an “impact log.” The app pulls evidence from common work tools (calendar, GitHub, Google Docs) and prompts both sides to confirm what actually happened. It then produces shareable summaries for performance reviews, internal mobility applications, and coaching ROI reporting. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts goals, meeting agendas, and summaries, but the core value is structured accountability and evidence capture. It’s not a marketplace; it’s the operating system for existing mentorship relationships inside companies and professional communities.
